Cape Girardeau to close Good Hope Street for police substation ribbon cutting

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Good Hope Street will be closed between Sprigg and Frederick streets for most of the day Wednesday, Sept. 3, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of the Willis A. Martin Police Substation.
Parking will be available nearby for those attending the event, as well as for patrons of area businesses and organizations.
