Old Town Cape to host annual Revivify: Farm to Table fundraiser Sept. 21

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Old Town Cape, Inc. will hold its annual fundraiser, Revivify: Farm to Table, on Sunday, Sept. 21, from 3 to 7 p.m. along Spanish Street in downtown Cape Girardeau.

The event will feature a four-course meal prepared by local chefs Dewayne Schaaf, Gabriele Ruggieri and Doc Cain, with ingredients sourced from Cape Riverfront Market vendors. Guests will also enjoy live music by Joy Brooker, a silent auction and other activities.

Tickets are $100 and are available online. Proceeds from the event support Old Town Cape’s mission to strengthen and revitalize downtown Cape Girardeau.

“We are very excited about this event as it brings the Old Town Cape mission to life and provides a fun opportunity for the community to enjoy a four-course meal created by three very talented downtown chefs,” said Executive Director Liz Haynes. “The funds raised from this event will be reinvested back into the community to ensure our downtown continues to grow and thrive.”
