Cape Girardeau County to lower flags in honor of late Recorder of Deeds

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Cape Girardeau County Commission has ordered that U.S. and Missouri flags be flown at half-staff at all county-owned buildings Sept. 3–4 in honor of the late Recorder of Deeds Janet Robert.

The order, issued Tuesday, directs flags to remain at half-staff until dusk Thursday.
