Jefferson County deputies seek help identifying theft suspect

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ill., (KBSI) — The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in connection with a theft at a retail store in Waltonville.

Investigators released an image of the individual and are encouraging anyone with information to contact Detective Barnhart at 618-244-8004, ext. 1.

The investigation remains ongoing.
