MURRAY, Ky., (KBSI) — A Paducah man was arrested Sunday night in Calloway County after fleeing from deputies during a dispute, authorities said.
The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to a report of a disturbance on Midway Road around 8:30 p.m. When they arrived, Daniel K. Boggs, 31, ran from the scene on foot.
Deputies said Boggs was taken into custody a short time later and found to have an outstanding Kentucky Parole Board warrant. He had been paroled in December 2024 on charges out of Laurel County and was accused of failing to comply with mandatory release supervision.
Boggs was booked into the Calloway County Detention Center on charges of second-degree fleeing or evading police, alcohol intoxication in a public place, and the parole warrant.
