(KBSI) Route N in Bollinger and Cape Girardeau counties will be reduced to one lane with an 11-foot width restriction as construction crews perform signage repairs. 

This section of roadway is located from Route 51 in Bollinger County to Route 25 in Cape Girardeau County.

Weather permitting, work will take place Friday, Sept. 19 through Friday, Oct. 3 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.

A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans a daytime lane restriction along KY 94 in Fulton County starting today and lasting for two weeks.

The asphalt resurfacing project will be along KY 94 between KY 125 in Hickman and KY 239 in Cayce, or mile points 13.2 to 22.12.

Motorists should be alert for signage and one lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers.

Again, work is expected to last approximately two weeks, weather permitting.
