CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) – Saint Francis Healthcare System holds a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new Gynecologic Oncology unit.

The event will mark the official opening of the department, which expands women’s health services at the Cape Girardeau medical center.
