CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Saint Francis Foundation will host its annual Color Dash 5K and Fun Walk on Saturday, Oct. 4, at Arena Park, with proceeds benefiting the Dig for Life program.

The event begins at 10 a.m. and features eight color stations where participants will be splashed with a rainbow of colors as they make their way through the course.

Funds raised will support Dig for Life, which provides screenings for four major cancers affecting the region: lung, prostate, colon and breast.

Organizers describe the race as a vibrant, high-energy event that draws community members of all ages each year.
