Fancy Farm man indicted in Labor Day ATV crash

MAYFIELD, Ky., (KBSI) — A Graves County grand jury has indicted a Fancy Farm man in connection with an ATV crash over Labor Day weekend that left one man seriously injured.
Blake N. Thomas, 27, was indicted Oct. 2 on charges of second-degree assault and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid.
The charges stem from a side-by-side ATV incident in Fancy Farm in which a man was airlifted from the scene with serious injuries, authorities said.
Thomas turned himself in Friday morning and was arrested by the Graves County Sheriff’s Office, which served the indictment warrant.
The case was investigated by the Kentucky State Police and the Graves County Sheriff’s Office.
