Three arrested in Paducah drug investigation

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Three people were arrested Thursday after McCracken County deputies executed a search warrant at a Paducah residence during a drug investigation.

Deputies searched a home at 2627 Ohio Street around 3:14 p.m. and found methamphetamine and multiple items of drug paraphernalia, the sheriff’s office said.

The following individuals were arrested and taken to the McCracken County Jail:

Brandon Stroud, 29, Paducah — possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Madison M. Hooper, 22, Paducah — possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); failure to appear on a Marshall County bench warrant.

Cody G. Johnson, 38, Paducah — possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

The investigation remains ongoing.
