Vienna police seek driver who damaged car wash

VIENNA, Ill., (KBSI) — The Vienna Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a man and vehicle involved in significant damage to a local car wash.

Police say that on Nov. 8 at about 8:50 p.m., the driver of a red, four-door flatbed truck equipped with yellow cab lights entered the automatic bay at Collins’s Car Wash in a vehicle too large for the system. The truck became stuck, and the driver repeatedly drove forward and backward in an attempt to free it, causing extensive damage to the equipment.

Photos released by the department show both the driver and the truck from the night of the incident.
