St. Vincent students support families through Adopt-A-Family program

PERRYVILLE, Mo., (KBSI) — St. Vincent Catholic Schools announced that its Junior and Senior High Student Council participated in this year’s Adopt-A-Family program, supported by the generosity of the entire school community.

Students in grades K–12 held a dress-down day that raised enough funds to adopt six children and four parents for the holiday season. Student Council officers purchased gifts and essential items for the families, aiming to make their Christmas “a little brighter,” the school said.

School officials praised the students for demonstrating kindness, empathy and a commitment to service.
