Southeast Missouri Food Bank to hold distribution Dec. 12 in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Southeast Missouri Food Bank will hold a food distribution on Friday, Dec. 12, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, located at 804 N. Cape Rock Drive at the corner of Cape Rock and Kingshighway.
Distribution will begin at 6 p.m.
A free warm meal will be served at 5:30 p.m. as part of the “Seconds” program, which offers hot soup and fellowship. Seconds is held on the second Friday of each month and provides a warm meal on-site as well as a meal to-go while supplies last. The program is open to families, seniors, individuals experiencing homelessness and anyone who would benefit from a meal and community support.
