Registration opens for Women’s Health Naturally Expo and Workshops in Carbondale

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — Women’s Health Naturally announced that registration is now open for its 12th annual Expo & Workshops, scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the Carbondale Civic Center.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 200 S. Illinois Ave. Organizers said the expo is designed to connect the community with natural health practitioners, products and lifestyle resources as interest grows in holistic approaches to wellness.
This year’s theme is “Balancing Hormones Naturally.” Organizers said hormone balance plays a key role in overall health, energy levels and emotional well-being, and that the event will provide practical tools to help participants better understand their bodies and develop sustainable, healthy habits.
Vendor registration is open through Feb. 15. Organizers are seeking naturopaths, herbalists, acupuncturists, wellness coaches, bodyworkers and vendors offering natural health products and services.
Attendee registration includes access to the expo floor featuring approximately 40 natural health practitioners and providers, five presentations or workshops, an organic catered lunch from Branch Café & Market, hourly prize drawings and a closing guided movement session. Those who register by Feb. 15 will also receive free access to a five-week online course titled “Women’s Hormone Health Challenge.”
Advance registration for attendees is available through March 25. Admission is $50 for adults and $40 for students and seniors. Day-of-event registration is $60 for adults and $50 for students and seniors. Scholarships and volunteer opportunities are available, and organizers said the event is inclusive and open to all.
