Southern Illinois Boat and Fishing Show returns to Marion

MARION, Ill., (KBSI) — The 17th annual Southern Illinois Boat and Fishing Show will take place Jan. 31 through Feb. 1 at The Pavilion in Marion.

The family-friendly, weekend-long event will feature boats, tackle vendors, fishing seminars and outdoor recreation exhibitors. Proceeds from the event will benefit Gum Drops and the NPF.

The show will be held at The Pavilion, 1602 Sioux Drive, Marion.

Organizers said local food pantries will be collecting canned goods during the event. Attendees who donate will be entered into weekend giveaways. Participants must be present to win.

Event hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Admission, parking and seminars are free.
