Kentucky winter storm death toll rises to 16, governor says

FRANKFORT, Ky., (KBSI) — Gov. Andy Beshear said Kentucky’s winter storm death toll has risen to 16 following the death of a 75-year-old woman in Adair County.
Beshear called the news difficult for the state and asked Kentuckians to keep the affected families in their thoughts and prayers.
