CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Route O in Ste. Genevieve County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews overlay the roadway, including the shoulder, and complete guardrail upgrades.

The work zone extends from U.S. Route 61 to Route 32. Weather permitting, work is scheduled from Monday, Feb. 23, through Friday, May 1, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Route ZZ in Stoddard County will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews’ trim trees along the roadway.

The work area stretches from County Road 648 to County Road 659 near Dexter. Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Feb. 9, through Wednesday, Feb. 11, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will implement a lane restriction on U.S. 45/Highland Drive at the intersection of Kentucky 1648 beginning Monday, Feb. 9.

Crews will conduct concrete patching along U.S. 45 near mile point 0.8. The lane restriction will be in effect during daytime work hours and overnight while the concrete cures.

Motorists should watch for signs directing traffic into the open lane, as work will alternate between lanes throughout the project.
