Farmington man arrested on drug-related DUI while out on bond

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — A Farmington man was arrested Thursday night on drug-related DUI charges, according to the Graves County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeffrey E. Fulcher, 60, at about 10 p.m. Feb. 5 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence. Deputies said Fulcher was also found to be in possession of a small quantity of crystal methamphetamine.

Authorities said Fulcher was out on bond at the time of the arrest following an Oct. 27, 2025, arrest in Graves County on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Fulcher was lodged in an out-of-county detention center.
