Butler County deputies investigate reported school threat in Neelyville

NEELYVILLE, Mo., (KBSI) — Authorities are investigating a reported threat involving Neelyville R-4 School District, according to school officials.

Superintendent Heather Black said district administrators were made aware of an alleged school safety threat and immediately reported it to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials said there is no indication of an immediate danger to students or staff at this time.
