Man arrested after alleged explicit TikTok livestream viewed by juveniles

REYNOLDS COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — A man was taken into custody Tuesday morning following reports of inappropriate online activity, according to the Reynolds County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say deputies received multiple calls at about 9 a.m. reporting that an individual was allegedly exposing himself during a live stream on TikTok. Callers reported that several juveniles had viewed the live stream.
The sheriff’s office launched an investigation and, with assistance from the U.S. Forest Service, Missouri Department of Conservation, Ellington Police Department, Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Northern Reynolds County Fire Protection District, located the suspect.
Douglas Lang was arrested without incident and is being held pending formal charges from the Reynolds County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Officials thanked the assisting agencies for their response. Authorities note that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
