Community Counseling Center Foundation hosts ‘Superheroes Have a Heart for Kids’ luncheon

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Community Counseling Center Foundation hosted its annual “Superheroes Have a Heart for Kids” luncheon Thursday, raising support for children’s mental health services.

Organizers thanked corporate partners, sponsors, board members and volunteers, as well as those who donated raffle items for the event.

Foundation officials also expressed appreciation to attendees who purchased tickets, sponsored the luncheon or made donations, saying proceeds will help fund mental health programs for children in the community.
