Zonta Club to host “100+ Women Who Care” fundraiser in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Zonta Club of Cape Girardeau will host its “100+ Women Who Care” giving event next month to raise funds for two local nonprofit organizations.

The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Deerfield Lodge. Organizers aim to bring together at least 100 women, each contributing $100, with a goal of raising $10,000 in a single evening.

Proceeds will benefit It Takes a Village and Street Level, two organizations that provide support services to individuals and families in the region.

Event sponsors include The Chaffee Flower Shop and Drs. Patrick and Janet Ruopp.
