Livingston County Schools celebrate National FFA Week

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Livingston County Schools is celebrating National FFA Week with activities highlighting agricultural education and student leadership.
As part of the celebration, students participated in “Anything But a Car” Day, arriving at school in tractors, side-by-sides and other farm-related vehicles.
School officials said the event was designed to promote school spirit while recognizing the role of the National FFA Organization in developing leadership, personal growth and career skills through agricultural education.
Administrators said FFA programs help students build responsibility, teamwork and practical skills that support rural communities.
