Shawnee National Forest to conduct prescribed burn
SALINE COUNTY, Ill. (KBSI) – Shawnee National Forest fire crews say they will be conducting a prescribed burn.
Approximately 5 acres at Dennison Hollow/Stoneface, located in Saline County, today March 10.
Fire crews will evaluate weather conditions in the hours before the burn begins.
If conditions warrant, scheduled prescribed fire activities may be canceled.
