Cape Girardeau County deputies seek help locating stolen tractor near Fruitland

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a tractor reported stolen near Fruitland.

Authorities said a 2024 Case IH 110C tractor was stolen sometime between Feb. 28 and March 2 in the State Highway 177 area near Fruitland.

The tractor is described as red and equipped with a front loader and a blue Burchland XTS tractor silt fence plow. Officials said the tractor previously had a decal on the side reading “R. Clark & Sons,” which may have been removed after the theft.

Investigators are asking residents in the Fruitland and Highway 177 area to review any security camera footage recorded between Feb. 28 and March 2.

Anyone with information about the tractor’s location is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 573-204-2982.
