Man arrested after reported assault in Calloway County

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — A man was arrested Tuesday night following a reported physical altercation at a residence, according to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded around 9:30 p.m. March 24 and, after an investigation, determined Steven Walker allegedly assaulted another individual, causing significant pain and at one point obstructing the person’s airway.

Walker was taken into custody and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center.

Authorities said all parties involved declined medical treatment.
