CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) Route N in Stoddard County will be closed as Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace a culvert under the roadway.
This section of roadway is located from Route E to County Road 536 near Circle City, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, April 6 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Route AD in Stoddard County will be reduced as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform signage work.
This section of roadway is located from Business 60 to Stone Brook Drive in Dexter, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, April 7 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Benton’s Tater Day Spring Festival is April 3-6.
The City of Benton will be closing a portion of U.S. 641/Main Street and U.S. 641/Poplar Street for a Vendor Fair near the court square starting at about 4 p.m. Friday until 3 p.m. Monday.
This will impact Main and Poplar between 10th and 12th streets, or mile points 8.28 to 8.41. Watch for signs.
Also, as part of the festival, streets in downtown Benton will be temporarily blocked from about 10:30 a.m. to noon on Monday, Apr. 6 for the annual Tater Day Parade.
The parade route includes U.S. 641/Main Street from 5th to 13th streets and U.S. 641/Poplar Street from 13th to 5th streets.
