Community invited to honor fallen officers at Cape Girardeau memorial ceremony

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Seniors and Lawmen Together is inviting the public to attend a Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony honoring officers who died in the line of duty.

The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. May 14 at Cape Bible Chapel, with coffee and donuts available beginning at 9 a.m.

Organizers said the ceremony will provide an opportunity for the community to reflect, show gratitude and support law enforcement.
