Man found unconscious behind wheel faces DUI, bribery charges

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — A man was arrested after deputies found him unconscious behind the wheel at an intersection, according to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials said the incident happened around 5:30 a.m. April 14 when a deputy located a vehicle stopped at Blankenship Road and Riverview Drive.
Authorities identified the driver as Michael Kepner, 46, of Ledbetter. Following an investigation, deputies determined he was under the influence.
Kepner is charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, bribery of a public servant, and multiple traffic-related violations, including no registration plates and no insurance.
He was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
The charges are allegations, and Kepner is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
