CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) –The Northbound ramp from Route 67 to Route 32 in Farmington, Missouri will be closed as contractor crews perform pavement repairs.

Weather permitting, work will take place overnight on Tuesday, April 21 at 7 p.m. to Wednesday, April 22 at 6 a.m.

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.

A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is planning to close KY 124/Cerulean Road at its intersection with KY 139/Jefferson Street in Cadiz, starting as early as Monday, Apr. 20, weather permitting.

The road will be closed between KY 139 and Line Street (or mile points 0 to 0.3) to allow for the realignment and reconstruction of the KY 139/KY 124 intersection.

Intermittent traffic impacts may occur on KY 139/Jefferson Street during equipment movement and sidewalk construction. Flaggers will be in place.

The project was paused in mid-December and is now set to resume, with completion expected by May 30.

The project is part of the state’s Six-Year Highway Plan and represents an investment of $872,000. Work includes roadway excavation, intersection realignment and reconstruction, storm water installation and both asphalt and concrete paving.
