Massac County to announce update in 1984 death investigation

METROPOLIS, Ill., (KBSI) — The Massac County State’s Attorney’s Office will hold a news conference Friday to provide an update on a 1984 death investigation.

The announcement is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. April 24 in the large courtroom at the Massac County Courthouse.

Officials have not released additional details about the case.
