Volunteers help clean up downtown Cape during annual spring event

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Old Town Cape Inc. thanked community members who participated in its annual Spring Litter Pick Up, saying the effort helped improve cleanliness in the downtown area.

Organizers said the cleanup made a positive impact and noted they are preparing for the start of the upcoming event season.
