Law enforcement memorial ceremony set for May 14 in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) — Seniors And Lawmen Together (SALT) will host a law enforcement memorial ceremony May 14 to honor officers who have died in the line of duty.

The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. at Cape Bible Chapel, with coffee and donuts available beginning at 9 a.m.

Organizers said the ceremony is open to the public and aims to recognize fallen officers and support their families and colleagues.
