Baptist Health names Ashley Parrott vice president of operations in Paducah

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Baptist Health Medical Group has named Ashley Parrott vice president of operations for its Paducah market.

Parrott brings more than 10 years of healthcare experience and has spent the past five years with Baptist Health, most recently serving as director of operations for Baptist Health Medical Group.

According to Baptist Health, Parrott helped lead growth initiatives, operational improvements and team development across the region in her previous role.

“Ashley has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to our physicians, advanced practice providers and care teams,” Baptist Health Paducah President Kenny Boyd said in a statement.

Parrott earned an undergraduate degree in pre-medicine health science from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, and a master’s degree in community mental health counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

She also serves as a Mayfield-Graves County Chamber of Commerce ambassador, is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and serves on the board of directors for the Lotus Sexual Assault Center.

In her new role, Parrott will oversee strategic and operational leadership for the Paducah market, including clinic operations, provider support and growth initiatives across Baptist Health Medical Group.
