Gov. Mike Kehoe congratulates Hannah Harper on “American Idol” win

MISSOURI (KBSI) — Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe congratulated Hannah Harper after her victory on American Idol, praising her for representing the state throughout the competition.
Kehoe said he spoke with Harper through FaceTime before the show’s finale to wish her luck.
In a social media post, the governor said Harper’s faith, talent, hard work and authenticity helped her connect with audiences across the country.
Kehoe also said Missouri residents are proud to celebrate Harper’s success and the way she represented her hometown and the state on a national stage.
