Century Casinos promotes Missouri operations leader to national role

CENTENNIAL, Colo., (KBSI) — Century Casinos, Inc. announced the appointment of longtime gaming executive Lyle Randolph as executive vice president of operations for the United States, effective May 15.

In his new role, Randolph will oversee the company’s seven U.S. casino properties, which include operations in Missouri, Colorado, Nevada, West Virginia and Maryland.

According to Century Casinos, Randolph has more than 30 years of experience in gaming and hospitality management. He began his career in 1995 at Casino Aztar in Missouri and later served in leadership roles during multiple ownership transitions involving Isle of Capri Casinos and Eldorado Resorts.

Since Century Casinos acquired its Missouri properties in 2019, Randolph has served as vice president of operations for Century Casino Cape Girardeau and Lady Luck Casino Caruthersville. The company said he oversaw more than $80 million in capital development projects during that time.

Century Casinos officials said Randolph also has remained active in civic and industry leadership efforts throughout his career.
