FRANKFORT, Ky., (KBSI) — Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear is warning the public about fake letters circulating on social media that falsely claim to be from him and other governors across the country.

Beshear said the letters reference “joy riding” and “tattoos” and are scams.

The governor urged people who see the posts to report them to Facebook to help stop the spread of the fraudulent messages.
