Weakley County Sheriff’s Office mourns loss of retired deputy Terry Guthrie

WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn., (KBSI)— The Weakley County Sheriff’s Office is mourning the loss of retired Deputy Terry Guthrie.

In a statement, the sheriff’s office said Guthrie dedicated years of service to both his community and the law enforcement profession.

Officials remembered Guthrie for his commitment, professionalism and dedication to protecting others throughout his career.

The sheriff’s office extended its condolences to Guthrie’s family, friends and former colleagues, noting that his service and contributions to the community will not be forgotten.

Funeral arrangements were not immediately available.
