St. Louis County police seek help identifying man found dead near Grant’s Trail

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — The St. Louis County Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a man whose remains were discovered near Grant’s Trail in November 2021.

Investigators released an artist’s rendering created through a collaboration between the St. Louis County Medical Examiner’s Office and the Ramapo College of New Jersey Investigative Genetic Genealogy Center. Officials said the image is intended to show what the unidentified man may have looked like.

Police are seeking information from anyone who may recognize the individual in hopes of identifying the deceased and providing answers to surviving family members.

Anyone who believes they may know the man’s identity is asked to contact investigators at 314-615-5400.

Authorities requested that tips not be submitted through social media comments.
