Traffic reduced to one lane on I-69 near Benton following truck crash

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Traffic on Interstate 69 near mile marker 44, close to the Benton exit, has been reduced to one lane in both directions as crews continue cleanup efforts following a truck crash.

According to Marshall County Emergency Management Agency, emergency responders remain on scene, and motorists are being asked to use caution while traveling through the area.

Drivers should expect delays and remain alert for emergency personnel and equipment working along the roadway.

Officials urged motorists to slow down and help ensure responders can safely complete their work and return home to their families.
