Eastbound Jackson Boulevard closed following two-vehicle crash

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — Eastbound Jackson Boulevard is temporarily closed at South Old Orchard Road following a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon, according to Jackson Fire Rescue.

Emergency crews responded to the scene around 1:10 p.m.

Officials said eastbound traffic is being diverted while first responders work the crash scene.

The roadway is expected to reopen within approximately 30 minutes.

Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and seek alternate routes until the scene is cleared.
