Two killed, four injured in Livingston County crash

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Two people died and four others were seriously injured following a two-vehicle crash Tuesday on U.S. Highway 60 West, according to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
First responders were dispatched to the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 60 West on June 23 for a report of a collision involving two vehicles.
Authorities said a 5-year-old boy and a 61-year-old man died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
Four additional people, including two children and two adults, were airlifted to hospitals outside Kentucky for treatment.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office said the crash remains under investigation, and additional information will be released as it becomes available.
Officials asked the public to keep the victims, their families and the first responders involved in the incident in their thoughts and prayers.
