Whitney Quick departs Cape Chamber after helping shape community programs

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce is recognizing a longtime staff member as she moves on to a new opportunity.

The chamber announced that Whitney recently completed her final day with the organization after helping lead several programs and initiatives aimed at developing local leaders and strengthening community connections.

According to the chamber, Whitney played a key role in programs including Leadership Cape, Women’s Network, Young Professionals, workforce development initiatives and numerous community events.

In a statement, chamber officials thanked Whitney for her leadership, dedication and service to the organization and the Cape Girardeau region.

“Whitney poured so much into the Cape Chamber through her leadership, care and commitment to programs that connect people, develop leaders and move our community forward,” the chamber said.

The organization wished her success in the next chapter of her career and thanked her for the impact she made on members, volunteers, sponsors and community partners.
