HOT & Humid Weekend Ahead

Another hot and muggy Wednesday is ahead, with afternoon feels-like temperatures peaking into the upper 90s. These values will continue through this weekend.

High temperatures Wednesday afternoon reaching the upper 80s/low 90s under mostly to partly sunny skies with light winds.

3-7pm Wednesday: Our daily afternoon popcorn showers will develop mainly south of Carbondale. A few heavy downpours & gusty winds will be possible with a few thunderstorms.

Thursday morning will be another average one! Temperatures morning with lows in the low 70s for all of us.

1-5pm Thursday: A better chance for a few semi-strong isolated thunderstorms. A few heavy downpours, gusty winds & pea size hail will be possible with a few thunderstorms Thursday.

The humidity will continue to STICK around through next week! STICK around… Clever. Very sticky & muggy conditions will accompany our hot temperatures through next Tuesday.
