MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — A Kevil man faces multiple charges, including driving under the influence and four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, following a two-vehicle crash that injured a passenger in McCracken County.

According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the intersection of Benton Road and Oaks Road around 10:07 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23.

Henry was arrested and booked into the McCracken County Regional Jail on the following charges:

– Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, with aggravating circumstances.
– Four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
– No registration plates.

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Reidland-Farley Fire Department, Mercy Regional EMS and Bailey’s Towing.
