Kentucky State Police to host third annual Running Signal 9 5K

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky., (KBSI) — Kentucky State Police Post 15 will host its third annual Running Signal 9 5K run and walk Aug. 1 at Green River Lake State Park.

The chip-timed evening event will take place on a paved course that remains within view of the lake. The event will also feature lights, music and a DJ.

A shorter run will be available for children, and participants may also complete the 5K virtually. Spectators are welcome.

Proceeds will benefit Post 15’s Shop with a Trooper program, which assists children in need. Those unable to participate may support the program by donating.
