DENT COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — Missouri investigators are asking for the public’s help solving the suspicious death of a Rolla man whose body was found more than 40 years ago.

The case remains unsolved. Investigators with the patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control said they have followed up on several tips and leads since Sundermeyer’s death.
“We believe there are individuals who know details about the incident and what happened to Sundermeyer,” Sgt. Bradley Germann said. “The Sundermeyer family deserves to know what happened to their father and grandfather.”
Sundermeyer’s family is offering a monetary reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for his death. The amount was not disclosed.
