Firefighters assist with recovery of drowning victim in Bollinger County

BOLLINGER COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — Members of the Southeast Missouri Professional Firefighters Association responded to Bollinger County on Thursday to assist with the recovery of a drowning victim.

Several members of the association’s dive team provided specialized equipment and personnel during the mutual aid response.

The association extended condolences to the victim’s family and praised the firefighters involved for handling the recovery with professionalism, compassion and dignity.
