Boil water advisory issued for parts of Jackson

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — The city of Jackson has issued a precautionary boil water advisory following a water main break.

The advisory covers:

Properties on the east side of North Shawnee Boulevard between Woodland Drive and Mulberry Street
Properties from 1505 to 1521 Mulberry Street

Water service was shut off around noon while crews made repairs. The city said service will be restored as soon as possible.
