Baptist Health Paducah earns 5-star rating from Forbes

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Forbes has named Baptist Health Paducah one of Kentucky’s top hospitals for 2026, awarding the facility a five-star overall rating.

Baptist Health Paducah was the only hospital in western Kentucky to receive the highest overall rating. Forbes also recognized it as one of America’s top hospitals earlier this year.

The hospital received five stars for overall care and outcomes and four stars for value and patient experience.

“This recognition from Forbes is a testament to the exceptional care our teams provide every day,” hospital President Kenny Boyd said.

The rankings emphasize clinical outcomes, including mortality and readmission rates, while also considering patient experience, value, health care practices and social factors that can affect health.

Quality measures used in the evaluation were derived from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Provider Data Catalog.
